The VPI Signature 21 is a high-end analogue turntable combining substantial mechanical construction, advanced tonearm technology and carefully engineered vibration control. It brings together aluminum, stainless steel and 3D-printed technology in a platform developed through more than four decades of VPI engineering refinement.

The Signature 21 is equipped with VPI's Fatboy Gimbal 10-3D tonearm, a 12-inch, 20 lb aluminum platter and a rigid vinyl-wrapped MDF and steel chassis. The result is a substantial platform designed for precise, low-noise vinyl playback and long-term system development.

Fatboy Gimbal 10-3d Tonearm

The Signature 21 comes equipped with VPI's Fatboy Gimbal 10-3D tonearm. The full gimbal bearing design provides a controlled bearing arrangement while the 3D-printed construction combines epoxy resin and Delrin with copper, aluminum and steel.

Unlike the Copper Weave wiring used on several other VPI models, the Signature 21's Fatboy Gimbal 10-3D is specified with Nordost Reference Wire internally.

The tonearm includes an adjustable counterweight, azimuth side weights, VTA adjustment and VPI's Lemo connection system.

The Signature 21 uses a vinyl MDF and steel chassis, combining substantial structural mass with VPI's mechanical approach to turntable construction.
