The TAGA Harmony RB-1650BT is a discreet, high-performance in-ceiling active speaker system designed for residential and commercial audio installations. The system combines a built-in Class D stereo amplifier, Bluetooth wireless streaming and wired stereo inputs with a 6.5-inch Kevlar® bass-midrange driver and 1-inch TPTTD swivel tweeter.
Supplied as a master-and-slave speaker system, the RB-1650BT provides 2 × 30W RMS amplification and is designed for applications including whole-home audio, background music, home theatre, restaurants, retail spaces, conference rooms, fitness facilities and classrooms.

Powerful Active Audio System
Unlike conventional passive architectural speakers that require a separate external amplifier, the RB-1650BT incorporates a dedicated stereo amplifier into the active speaker.
Its HPCDA Class D amplifier provides 2 × 30W RMS, giving the system a practical all-in-one architecture for distributed audio installations while reducing the need for additional amplification equipment.
Detailed Sound With Kevlar® & Titanium
The speaker combines a 165 mm (6.5-inch) Kevlar® bass-midrange driver with a 25 mm (1-inch) TPTTD swivel tweeter.
The Kevlar® driver handles bass and midrange reproduction, while the TPTTD tweeter is designed for clear, detailed high-frequency reproduction. The swivel mechanism allows the tweeter to be aimed toward a selected listening area, helping optimise high-frequency coverage after installation.
Flexible Connectivity & System Integration
The RB-1650BT supports both wireless and wired audio sources. Bluetooth® 4.0 provides convenient wireless playback, while the stereo RCA / 3.5mm line input allows connection of traditional analogue sources.
For larger installations, the system provides a line output for daisy-chaining additional RB BT speaker systems. RS-232 connectivity, front and rear IR receivers, Bluetooth priority and programmable Auto Standby functions further support integration into sophisticated AV and automation environments.
Easy Installation
TAGA Harmony's TEI – TAGA Easy Install mounting system is designed to make installation straightforward and secure. The visible blue ABS clamps can also help installers identify the mounting mechanism in darker installation locations.
The reduced-bezel magnetic grille can be removed for installation and painted to match the ceiling before being reinstalled, helping achieve a clean architectural finish.
