Stradivari
An Iconic Legacy Redesigned
Designed In Honor Of Antonio Stradivari, The Second Generation Of Stradivari Is Steeped In Tradition - Yet Reinvented With Modern Innovation And Elegance.
A Fine Instrument
The Violins Of Italian Luthier Antonio Stradivari Are Universally Celebrated As Some Of The Finest Ever Crafted. Stradivari's Commitment To Precision, Artistry, And Innovation Continue To Be Reflected In This New Generation Of The Stradivari Loudspeaker.
Released Twenty Years After The Original Design To The Hifi World By Storm, The Evolution Of Stradivari Coincides With Sonus Faber’s 40th Anniversary, Emphasizing Our Commitment To Both Honoring Our Roots And Staying On The Forefront Of Acoustical Engineering.
Intono Technology
Through An Intensive Study Of The Resonant Cavities And The Creation Of A Calibrated Drilling Of The Midrange Acoustic Chamber, Intono Technology Guarantees The Most Natural Reproduction Of The Medium Frequencies. The Energy Of The Air Spring Generated By The Movement Of The Speaker Is Channeled And Reduced By The Intono Duct, Significantly Reducing The Size And The Filter Components Of The Crossover.
Clepsydra Technology
Stradivari's Reflex System Combines An Innovative Hourglass Geometry For Enhanced Low-Frequency Performance With A Compact Duct Length. Its Downfiring Design Provides Flexible Placement Options. Non-Parallel Walls In The Woofer Chamber Eliminate Unwanted Standing Waves, A Result Of Meticulous Engineering By The Sonus Faber Team To Ensure Top-Tier Sound Quality.
LOW FREQUENCY ADJUSTER
Sonus Faber's Low Frequency Adjuster System (LFA) Provides Precise Control Over Ultra-Low Tuning And Optimizes Room Response Without Compromise.
Inspired By The Compensation Of The Resonance Peak Of The Driver In The Enclosure, The LFA Is Able To Obtain An Electrical Damping Of The Low Range Without Therefore Introducing Resistive Elements In Series With The Signal.
On The Board, A Four-Pin System Is Implemented: One Common And Three Peripheral Which Are Connected To The Central Unit With A Jumper, Where Each Of The Three Possible Composition Positions Allows The User To Set A Different Low Frequency Response.
Woofer
The New Dual Gap Woofer Designed By Sonus Faber Guarantees Symmetry Of The Motor Force And Minimizes Distortions Intrinsic To A Conventional Magnetic Circuit Design.
PHASE COHERENT IFF TOPOLOGY
Sonus Faber's IFF Topology And "Phase Coherent" Philosophy Provide An Immersive, Distortion-Free Listening Experience. Components In The Passive Filter Are Expertly Selected For Pristine Sound Even At High Volumes.
