The Sonus faber Olympica Nova V is the flagship floorstanding model of the Olympica Nova collection, combining a three-way loudspeaker architecture with Sonus faber's distinctive handcrafted wood construction and refined acoustic engineering. Its three dedicated woofers provide powerful low-frequency reproduction, while the dedicated midrange and DAD™ silk-dome tweeter are designed for detailed, natural and engaging reproduction.
The cabinet follows Sonus faber's characteristic lute-shaped design, combining curved wood construction with aluminium details. Available finishes include Walnut Wood and Wenge Wood, with the design intended to make the loudspeaker as much a part of the interior as the audio system.

Designed For Natural, Immersive Sound
The Olympica Nova V is engineered around Sonus faber's Natural Sound philosophy, combining acoustic precision with carefully selected natural materials. The dedicated midrange chamber uses a cork damping structure designed to improve driver performance and preserve clarity and natural tonal character.
With a 90 dB sensitivity and a 4-ohm nominal impedance, the Olympica Nova V is designed for use with substantial high-quality amplification. Sonus faber specifies recommended amplifier power of 60–400 W without clipping.
Powerful Low-Frequency Performance
The three 180 mm woofers give the Olympica Nova V substantial low-frequency capability while maintaining the visual balance of its sculptural cabinet. The specified frequency response extends from 32 Hz to 35,000 Hz, giving the speaker the bandwidth required for full-range music reproduction.
The Stealth Ultraflex™ venting system uses a solid extruded aluminium vent structure designed to minimise turbulence and improve airflow through the cabinet.
